Fundamental

Fundamental4
Strong growth

FatPipe's fundamentals are robust, highlighted by strong growth and profitability in recent earnings.

FundamentalScore 4/5: FATN shows strong reported profitability (TTM net margin ~26.87%, ROE ~23.24%) and a low-leverage balance sheet (net debt/EBITDA ~0.31; current ratio ~3.98). Key watch items are weak cash conversion (negative operating/free cash flow driven by receivables growth), channel-partner concentration disclosed in SEC filings, and high volatility (beta ~2.78). Discounted-cash-flow outputs imply intrinsic value below the current $6.34 share price, limiting valuation support.

Sentiment

fair
Sentiment3
Positive sentiment

Sentiment is positive following the recent earnings release, though media coverage is limited.

Near-term tone is driven by announced go-to-market/product updates (Carahsoft public-sector partnership on 2026-08-04 and the Constellation AI network-management launch on 2026-08-18), with mildly positive but thin aggregator-tier coverage over the last ~14 days (polarity_score ≈ +0.28). Baseline delta is indeterminate due to a baseline-window timeout, and a previously announced $10M ATM program remains a potential dilution overhang (moderate red-flag cap applied).

Technical

Technical3
Strong trend, low liquidity

Technical indicators show a strong trend, but liquidity is insufficient for trading under current rules.

FATN earns a mixed 3/5 technical score: the stock remains above its 20/50/200-day moving averages and MACD is still above zero, but price has slipped below the fast 9-day average cluster, MACD is under its signal, and RSI/Williams are neutral rather than expanding. That leaves a constructive intermediate trend with only middling short-term momentum.
