QuarterHawk is an AI-assisted equity-research product for U.S.-listed stocks under $25. It scores each stock across three pillars — Fundamental, Sentiment, and Technical — turns them into a plain verdict, and adds a step-by-step trade plan only when the evidence aligns. QuarterHawk is operated by Quantaris Ltd.
Why we built it
Serious equity research — consistent evidence-gathering, disciplined scoring, and a clear record of how a view changed over time — has long been the preserve of institutions. Individual investors are usually left with headlines, opinions, and gut feel. QuarterHawk exists to close that gap: to run an institutional-grade research process on lower-priced U.S. stocks and hand the result to retail investors in plain language. The aim is not to tell you what to do, but to show you the evidence, scored the same way every time.
How the research is made — and governed
Each stock's analysis is produced by an automated, AI-assisted pipeline: it gathers the evidence, scores each pillar from 0 to 5, and assembles the verdict and any trade plan. No person hand-writes or signs off on an individual result before it publishes.
The method behind that automation, however, is human-governed. A person owns and maintains the scoring rules, validates changes against real outcomes before adopting them, audits the automation against itself, and tracks known weak spots to a conclusion. In short, QuarterHawk is automated in execution but human-governed in design — that is what we mean by AI-assisted. The full method, including its limitations, is documented on the Methodology page.
